WARNING: Risks Of Buying Products from Unauthorized Dealers

AXISS Audio is committed to protecting customers, our brands, and the integrity of our authorized dealer network. The information below outlines several important precautions to ensure you receive genuine products with full U.S. warranty and support.

Unauthorized Dealers Displaying AXISS Brands

Recently, we have seen several cases of Dealers displaying AXISS brand logos on their websites despite not being Authorized Dealers. Only those listed on our AXISS Dealer Locator are authorized to sell our brands in the United States. If you notice a Dealer listing one of our brands but not appearing on the Dealer Locator, please let us know at support@axissaudio.com.

Warranty for Authorized Purchases Only

Product warranties for all AXISS-distributed brands apply exclusively to items purchased through Authorized Dealers. For warranty service, Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer. Unauthorized purchases are not eligible for warranty support.

Foreign Products Sold as “New U.S. Items”

We have also identified Unauthorized Dealers offering foreign-market products while claiming they are new U.S. products with full warranty and support. These claims are false. Foreign-market units carry no AXISS warranty, cannot be serviced by any authorized U.S. provider, and often cannot be restored or repaired at all. Brand-by-Brand Authorization

Some Dealers are authorized to sell one or more AXISS brands, but this authorization does not automatically extend to all AXISS brands. In certain cases, AXISS may support a Dealer in completing an authorized sale for a brand not shown on our Dealer Locator. When this occurs, AXISS Audio can provide a written confirmation verifying that the purchase is authorized and fully covered by warranty. Dealer Locator Updates

Our Dealer Locator is updated periodically as Dealers are added or removed. For the best protection, we encourage Customers to check the Locator before making any purchase of an AXISS-distributed brand, or reach out to sales@axissaudio.com for confirmation.
